出不由產者亦。然刻意研精，探微索隱，或識契真要，則目牛無全，故動則有成， 猶鬼神幽贊，而命世奇傑，時時間出焉。<br /><br />五藏六府之精氣，皆上注於目而為之精。精之案為眼，骨之精為瞳子，筋之 精為黑眼，血之精力絡，其案氣之精為白眼，肌肉之精為約束，裹擷筋骨血氣之 精而與脈並為系，上屬於腦，後出於項中。故邪中於項，因逢其身之虛，其人深， 則隨眼系以入於腦，入手靦則腦轉，腦轉則引目系急，目系急則目眩以轉矣。邪 其精，其精所中不相比亦則精散，精散則視岐，視岐見兩物。<br /><br />陰極在六，何以言九。太極生兩儀，天地初刨判。六陰已極，逢七歸元太素， 太素西方金德，陰之清純，寒之淵源。<br /><br /><strong>第一重訣曰</strong>：子午卯酉四正時，歸氣丹田掌前推。面北背南朝天盤，意隨兩 掌行當中。意注丹田一陽動，左右回收對兩穴。拜佛合什當胸作，真氣旋轉貫其 中。氣行任督小周天，溫養丹田一柱香。快慢合乎三十六，九陽神功第一重。每 日子、午、卯、酉四正時，找一陰氣重的地方，最好為四高中低。面北而坐，五 心朝天，靜心絕慮，意守丹田，到一陽初動之時，雙手在胸前合什，指尖朝前。 引丹田之氣沿督脈上行，任脈下歸丹田。如此待小周天三十六圈。由慢至快。氣 歸丹田後，雙掌前推，掌心向前，掌指朝天，氣行兩掌。雙掌指下垂，掌指朝下， 掌心朝下，迅速收回，左手掌心對準氣海穴，右手掌心對準命門穴，真氣隨手式 成螺旋狀貫入氣海、命門兩穴。匯於丹田內。如此意守下丹田一柱香的時間。待 此功練有一定功力，能收發自如，有抗寒之功時可修第二重。<br /><br /><strong>第二重訣曰</strong>：極寒午時正，獨坐寒冰床。美麗面朝北，氣行小周天。五心朝 天式，打開丹田門。寒氣螺旋入，收發當自如。合和匯丹田，落雪雪不化。縮如 一寒珠，雪落無化雪。擴為霧環身，九陰第二重。每日午時，找一極寒之地，面 北背南，五心朝天，坐於寒冰床上（一種玉、一年四季都如寒冰一樣）。今人練 習可在冰或雪上練習，靜心絕慮，啟動周天三十六圈，意守丹田片刻，打開氣海、 命門兩穴，分別成螺旋狀入寒氣，吸一柱香的時間後，關閉以上兩穴，丹田內有 一寒球再不停的旋轉，越轉越大，至到隔體三丈遠，收回。如此反覆八十一次， 練到雪花落體而不化，放氣時雪花距體三尺不落為功成。<br /><br /><strong>第三重訣曰</strong>：法如第二重，陰陽互相剋。意在修罡氣，熱火不侵法。陽中求 真陰，九陰第三重。每日子時，找一極熱之地，坐於火鼎之上（今人練習坐在鐵 板上，下面加火，應慢慢加熱，以不能忍耐為度）。面北背南，五心朝天，靜心 絕慮，起動丹田寒氣防止熱氣侵入，其方法就是第二重所練寒氣用以抗熱量。此 乃「真陽中求真陰」。<br /><br /><strong>第四重訣曰</strong>：法如第三重，陰合陰為生。同為修罡氣，靜流極之法。以陰練 真陰，九陰第四重。不拘時間，找一靜止不動的水池，五心朝天，坐於湖底，靜 心絕慮，水位不過脖子，運行丹田真氣用以抗水之壓力，其方法與第三重相同， 待體入水，而衣不濕為成。然後找有流動河水中練，急流下練，而衣不濕為成。 到此《九陰神功》成。如用掌把真氣放出擊人，<span style="color:#6633ff;">就是催</span><span style="color:#6633ff;">心掌。 </span><br /><br /><strong>第五重采氣</strong> : 訣曰：采氣不在氣，口閉雙目開。玄機在於目，神氣乾鼎聚。 此法為增進內力之法，用以目吸聚宇宙內的精氣，主要是修煉雙眼，使雙眼在對 敵時能求察分明，並有攝取敵人神魂之效。每日太陽將出之際，站於高處，雙眼 平視太陽，帶雙眼發熱時，意念太陽之氣由雙目吸入匯於上丹田，吸匯到一定程 度自天目穴射出，在由雙眼收回，如此反覆。<br /><br /><span style="color:#ff6600;">《橫空挪移》</span><br /><br />螺旋九影，左右挪移，其聊不為，以氣行之，可幻化九影誘敵。 如加九陰白骨爪其威力可增十倍。如何橫空挪移可據個況自定，今公之二法以參 考。<br /><br />訣曰：左轉一，左轉半。右轉一，右轉半。左右轉一為不一，橫空旋較為太 一。<br /><br />訣曰：左旋右旋天地旋，左踏右空平地旋。合手陰陽為上旋，右踏左空旋不 為。<br /><br />雖為身法，實含玄理。須參照「九陰行功訣曰」進行，以防走火。習此功主 要為子、午兩時，其它時間亦可。必須選一處絕對安靜，空氣必須流暢。此功中 的呼吸均為鼻吸鼻呼。習此功貴在持之以恆。功中會出現各種幻境，千萬不可懼 怕，順其自然。練功中出現自然騰空，應順其自然，千萬不可妄加意念。<br /><br /><span style="color:#ff6600;">《鬼獄陰風吼》</span><br /><br />此功屬音波功，以音傷人，以音索魂，亦可以音布罡氣，其威力無比，其音 如地獄鬼吼，陰風陣陣，使人不攻自退，不寒而慄。<br /><br /><strong>第一重</strong>：面北而坐，取五心朝天式，上身正直，虛靈頂勁，舌抵上顎，下頜 微收，雙目平視。雙手於下丹田處成托式，即掌心向上，掌指相對，意守丹田一 柱香，引真氣自督脈、任脈行到中丹田，並在此匯聚成乒乓球大小的真氣球，其 色赤。口中默念，意念中丹田之真氣化為波圈，若水紋之狀。碰膚彈回，須反覆 重陽之數。<br /><br /><strong>第二重</strong>：意大波圈，自內向外旋為散，自外向內旋為聚，散聚合適為陰陽平 衡，陰陽平衡，萬物之本。漸如虛空，與宇共振，法同上。<br /><br /><strong>第三重</strong>：自然站立，雙腳與肩同寬，雙手自然放於兩腿外側，百會上頂，舌 放平，雙目平視，調整呼吸，意守丹田一柱香的時間，然後點頭，吸氣、收腹， 口發鬼怪連音，同時意引丹田真氣隨聲音向外擴散；抬頭、呼氣、口閉，意收回 真氣歸中丹田，如此反覆。一點一抬，一上一下，上下起到，喉輪自開，開通喉 輪魔音自現。<br /><br /><strong>第四重</strong>：無相音罡<br /><br />無相音罡，即音罡無形。其秒音無窮，可防敵護體，亦可以音控他人或給他 人治病。其練法很簡單，只需把「九陰神功」的「先天真氣」與「鬼獄陰風吼」 之音合二為一就可，具體練習方法可參照以上兩法自悟，此不詳述。<br /><br /><strong>下卷</strong><br /><br /><span style="color:#ff6600;">《九陰白骨爪》</span><br /><br />爪力無比，鬼氣迴盪，不攻自懼。其爪可使頭骨成孔而不碎，爪心有強大的 吸力可隔空取物或吸取他人功力，爪指有強大的透勁可隔空傷人。一收一放，一 開一合，合乎武學大道之理。<br /><br /><strong>第一重金絲手訣曰</strong>：面北背南朝天坐，氣行任督貫大椎。意聚丹田一柱香， 分支左右聚掌心。打開氣海命門穴，氣滿沖貫十指爪。旋入陰氣一坤爐，放收來 回金絲手。凡習九陰白骨爪需先習九陰神功百日，於極陰之地，谷地為佳。面北 背南，五心朝天坐於低處。雙手放於膝上，手心朝下，意守丹田。開氣海、命門， 旋轉吸入陰氣匯於丹田。氣順任、督兩脈上行匯於大椎穴，於右肩井穴入掌心， 氣滿鼓支，掌起平胸。五指下垂，氣貫入指，十指內扣、回拉，手絲為一。回氣 丹田，溫養柱香。<br /><br /><strong>第二重攝魂訣曰</strong>：打開丹田前後門，三昧磷火化無形。吸進鬼獄陰鬼精， 陰功在此更為進。此法是一種極秘之法，可開通人的死生之謎，吸取鬼魂之氣， 同時亦可用此法吸他人功力元神。找一墳場，在半夜無人之時，面北背南，五心 朝天，左掌心向上，大拇指扣小指其它三指伸直。左手立於胸前，掌心朝左，大 拇指、中、無名、小指內扣，食指伸直，口唸咒「探地達摩，無相無上，攝陰攝 魂，無畏無懼，陰陽合和，人鬼交戰，嗎咪唄咪『口奄』」三十六遍，一遍過於 一遍，到最後一遍，只需「嗎咪唄咪『口奄』」。然後雙手抬到頭上方，合掌， 指尖朝天，打開氣海、命門兩穴，從兩穴內射出陰氣，成螺旋型由小到大，如龍 卷風一樣把野魂陰精捲入兩穴匯於丹田，練習一柱香的時間後，開始煉熔。雙掌 放於膝上，掌心朝上，意守丹田中的無數陰魂陰精被丹田陰氣形成環狀，封閉在 內不能出來。意念丹田封魂球開始旋轉，同時意念墳場突然起了無數磷火，用同 樣方法把磷火吸入丹田封魂球外圈，燃燒煉熔陰魂，由慢到快不停旋轉，火由小 到大，直到化盡為止。收功，溫養丹田一柱香。如果用來吸取他人功力或元神其 方法於上面同理。<br /><br /><strong>第三重白骨練爪訣曰</strong>：白骨頭上懸，幻化為二骨。陰精懸九穴，左右手中擒。 合和為陰珠，吸陰吸精鬼。齊匯坤爐內，回返丹爐內。面北背南，五心朝天，坐 於墳場中，意守丹田片刻，意守自身前後有九座墳，突然裂開飛出九個頭骨，這 時意念打開氣海、命門兩穴，射出旋轉真氣由小到大，把九個頭骨給懸起來，位 於本人頭頂上方左右，緩慢旋轉。從每一個頭骨的兩眼射出一條紅氣線，分別射 入百會、玉枕、膻中，左右肩井穴，靈台、氣海、命門九大穴道中，並且在每個 穴道中漸漸匯聚成一個球，然後這九個紅球同時從任督兩脈匯於丹田，意守丹田 使之氣化合。然後運氣兩掌貫足真氣，由於反向力，雙掌抬起平胸，在貫入十指， 十指突然變爪，這時意念那九個頭骨互相幻化，變為兩個頭骨於胸前方。掌心外 突把兩個頭骨吸入掌中，隨後十指內扣抓住頭骨，放出真氣把頭骨抓成十個小孔， 然後吸回真氣，同時吸取頭骨內的陰精歸於丹田。收功，溫養丹田一柱香。至頭 骨隔空襲來抓成孔而骨不碎，九陰白骨爪成矣。練之此境界需配合外功練習即第 四重。<br /><br /><strong>第四重外功訣曰</strong>：氣至丹田貫十指，倒行古樹狸貓功。抓石打鐵練指力，內 外合修白骨功。平常把內氣貫於十指用以隔空取物，在以十指抓，練硬物，所用 之物應由輕到重，由近到遠。在者可以倒立於樹旁，雙腳依樹，然後用十指抓樹 緩緩上行，以練指力。此重應與第三重同練。<br /><br />第五重練到第四重此功已成，此第五重為加深功夫，其陰毒程度更甚。用古 時棺材、蝙蝠血、砒霜三種物體加水加熱後，用以漫手，再練內外功，這樣手上 有劇毒，以此手傷人無救。<br /><br /><span style="color:#ff6600;">《螺旋九影》</span><br /><br />《螺旋九影》為武林上乘輕功，集身法、步法、罡氣於一體。可平地拔起數 丈，亦可平空飛行萬里，身體周圍有一層自然罡氣，可攻擊外敵。練之上乘可幻 化出九個身影，於佛門無上神功「蓮台九現」有相同的功效。<br /><br /><strong>第一重：</strong>室外練功，不准迎風，鬆去身體裹纏之物，活動一下全身關節，用 意念放鬆全身筋、骨、肉、皮等。然後面北取五心朝天或盤坐，上身正直，虛靈 頂勁，舌抵上顎，下微收，雙目平視，雙手掌心朝上，掌指相對，捧放於丹田處， 意守丹田一柱香，接著雙手輕輕向上捧，沿任脈路線至膻中穴處，雙手變為捧蓮 花狀即雙手心相對，掌根相抵，掌指朝上，雙手十指自然張開，接著上捧至頭頂， 同時緩慢吸氣，意念隨上捧之勢，將大地之陰氣由會陰穴成螺旋狀吸入，經中脈 上升以頭頂百會穴成螺旋狀射出；然後雙手變掌心向下，並向下壓到丹田處，同 時呼氣，意念隨雙手下壓之勢，將天上之陰精螺旋狀吸入百會穴，經中脈由會陰 穴成螺旋狀射出，如此反覆。<br /><br /><strong>第二重</strong>：第一式：面北而坐，功接上重，五心朝天，上身正直，虛靈頂勁， 舌抵上顎，下頜微收，雙目平視。雙手輕輕提起，掌心朝下，掌指相對放於中脘 穴處，雙手中指間距離約為一掌寬，雙肩下沉，雙肘下墜，雙臂要「圓鼓」。意 念會陰穴射出螺旋狀陰氣把身體旋入地下，至到地極處。突然螺旋陰氣收回，身 體如彈簧一樣被彈回地面。<br /><br /><strong>第二式</strong>：要領同。輕抬雙手，掌心朝上，掌指相對，高舉至頭上方，雙臂微 曲，似曲非曲，似直非直，意念百會穴射出螺旋狀陰氣，如飛機之螺旋槳，把人 身托起，飛到九重天方為極限。此時人體在天空飄浮，突然陰氣收回，人從天空 掉回地面。<br /><br /><strong>第三重</strong>： 在第二重第一式的基礎上打開氣海穴，命門穴射出螺旋狀真氣，環繞身體自
